Micromax™ 5018G (formerly known as DuPont™ 5018G) is a green screen printable UV cured dielectric that has superior physical properties once processed. The resulting film provides an excellent moisture barrier as well as protection from solvents and environmental exposure. This product is well suited to both rigid and flexible applications. It can be rapidly cured with a wide range of UV cure energies using standard UV curing equipment with standard H bulbs and printed with 200-280 SS screens to yield a film with thickness of ~0.001" in thickness. It exhibits great adhesion to both print treated and non-print treated substrates while providing excellent electrical properties. It is solvent free, requires no dilution and is ready for as delivered. It is fully compatible with the Micromax™ 5000 series conductive inks. FOR REFERENCE ONLYKey Properties
